Pronel operates strictly to the APSO Code of Ethics and ensures that all consultants are experienced and fully trained in the recruitment, selection and ability testing of Personnel. Our consultants assure that references, where possible, are taken thoroughly to ensure the competence of the applicant and that only suitably qualified applicants are referred. Pronel also has staff qualified to assess candidate performance and recognize prior learning. Pronel is able to conduct ITC checks if the client requires this to be done.

CANDIDATE REFERRALS

Comprehensive CV’s will be compiled by the agency. The agency will only refer there top three applicants, this saves time as only suitably qualified candidates are interviewed.
