Our client in the Pinetown area is recruiting for a Marketing Administrator, to carry out a range of Marketing duties and projects.
- Our client in the Pinetown area is recruiting for a Marketing Administrator, to carry out a range of Marketing duties and projects.Managing price files, price adjustments made on the system and timeous communication of price updates to all relevant customers and their authorised agents.Managing the internal and external registration processes for new productsUpdating and maintaining all customer online pricing systems,The distribution of promotional items and literature, checking and allocating advertising invoices as well as liaising with the advertising/promotional agencies over promotions, direct mail campaigns etc.Compiling statistics relevant to annual sales, expense and profit budgets, development statistics and forecasts for production planning,Assisting with the development on new product packaging, assisting with marketing projects and the development of teaching aids, promotional material and educational programs,Investigating period management accounts and standard factory costs, preparation of samples for tender purposes as well as supporting efficient product launches,A minimum of matric, preferably with a business related diplomaA minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar field,Must be computer literate (proficient in Word, Advanced Excel, Powerpoint and Photoshop)Must be able to communicate with people at all levels,Must have excellent planning and organisational skills and be able to multi-skill.Please forward CV’s to [email protected]
