Are You A Bookkeeper With Rental Stock Experience
Our client in the Hillcrest area is currently seeking a Bookkeeper with Rental Stock experience to join their team
Efficient with Pastel processing to balance sheet.
Liaise with auditors for preparation of AFS
Vat submissions, reporting and annual reconciliations
PAYE submissions, annual reconciliations and reporting
Attend to all company compliance requirements.
Intercompany loan account reconciliations
Preparation of monthly payment runs and cash flow forecasting.
DEBTORS & CREDITORS
Issue monthly rent invoices and attend to collections.
Issue purchase orders reconcile with delivery notes and post to payment schedules.
Advertise, liaise with agents etc and ensure commercial premises are let.
Become familiar with leases.
Attend to tenant queries and generally where possible keep them satisfied.
Keep all levies, rates and utilities up to date and recover from tenants where applicable
General office assistance where needed.
A full understanding of Pastel
A good working knowledge of Excel
Have a good general knowledge with computers.
